Why would we do that?

The answer is simple. I want to ensure that you have all the support and encouragement you can get to master these skills in the shortest amount of time possible so that you are coaching your staff with confidence and competence by the end of the course.

Having someone close to you who is also experiencing these skills will help you take action and that's what we want ACTION.

Choose your Accountability Partner Wisely! This isn't a free ride - They have a job to do

The person you choose can be a peer from outside your workplace, or it can be a work colleague from your workplace. The person can be a senior person reporting to you or they can even be your business partner or life partner or spouse. We really don't mind.

What is important is that you choose someone who is committed to:

Learning these skills alongside you i.e.: committing to the series just as you will
Be Open and Available to discussing the learning's with you, debating, and yes even practicing the skills with you.
Holding you Accountable to attend each of your Webinars and Group Coaching Tutorials
Following you up to see if you have done your work place challenge for that week.

They will also need to provide an e-mail address and have access to a computer or phone.

If you don't have anyone to be your Accountability Partner, then ask your employer if there is someone who might like to go through this course with you as YOUR Accountability Partner. Your employer benefits by having two leaders trained in Coaching Skills and you benefit from having someone to bounce ideas of, practice with and share the experience with.
