Let's see an example of how this works:

- Based on what they hear, they will decide whether or not the full course is for them. You don’t have to convince them of anything.
- Let's assume that 5% choose to register for the course. That’s 2 people.
- That would make 2 x $199.00
- That means you would earn $398.00 in commissions.

This is based on a 5% conversion rate. It could be higher or lower based on the relationship you have with them or how targeted your communication is to emerging team leaders and managers who would benefit from this type of training.
