I've designed this training to be structured, sequential and self paced for managers who like studying and applying the knowledge in their own time. You can just use the lectures and notes or also commit to the Workplace and Personal Coaching Assignments. You can roll it out weekly or fortnightly – it’s all up to you.;
2. Step-by-step weekly approach
Our 7 Step Coaching Plan is delivered in bite sized pieces. You’ll learn the words and recommended approach to build your skills and confidence.
3. Workplace Assignments
Ideally you need both theory AND practice to embed the learnings. Each of our 7 Modules provides effective Workplace Coaching Assignments so you can practice coaching your staff every week.
4. Personal Assignments
A big part of our training is the personal learning about yourself that occurs. Your Acton Guide provides Personal Weekly Assignments that challenge students to read and journal each day and notice the changes.
5. Ongoing access to materials.

How much Total Time should I allocate?
Each of the 6 Paid Modules will require approximately 3-4 hours of your time each week comprising:

Do I require any special software?
No you do not need any special software or phone line. However the following common systems requirements are recommended for fast and easy access:
PC-based attendees:
Required: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server, and Vista. A fast internet connection
Macintosh®-based attendees
Required: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer and a fast internet connection.
Will I receive any feedback on the course?
Yes. After each Coaching Session, we encourage you to ask your staff to complete a short feedback form to give you some on-the-spot guidance as to what worked well for them in the session and what did not. You can choose to bring that feedback to your tutorial each week and discuss it with your tutor – or not. Your tutor will also be providing feedback and guidance based on what you choose to share at the Tutorial.
How do I pay?
Payment is up front, online and by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
Do I have 1-on-1 personal coaching opportunities?
Of course. Our Executive Coaches are available to provide “coaching” and “mentoring” to you so you can become even more productive with the material with less effort. These 1:1 sessions are an extra fee and they occur by phone, e-mail or by webinar depending on your location.
