Once you register for your paid Public or Private Course, you can join our weekly coaching tutorials at the end of each week by phone.

Group TutorialsSessions last up to 1 hour. Here you can ask questions and your coach will demonstrate coaching to you to help you solve your own challenges and assist with your action plans.

Coaching Tutorials are run by experienced Executive Coaches on the Faculty Team specifically chosen to assist you fast track skills.

 What are my options if I can’t make the live tutorials?

Unfortunately you will miss out. Our Public Coaching Tutorials will not be recorded because we encourage students to share their coaching experiences which sometimes cover sensitive topics in a work environment.

Private Tutorials for companies can be recorded and made available with their permission.

85% of students attend all live tutorials so they can fast track their learning’s for the week. Do not miss them. We want you to diaries and COMMIT to these live sessions as if you were attending a face to face tutorial with your coach.

 Will I receive any feedback on the course?

Yes. After each Coaching Session, we encourage you to ask your staff to complete a short feedback form to give you some on-the-spot guidance as to what worked well for them in the session and what did not. You can choose to bring that feedback to your tutorial each week and discuss it with your tutor – or not. Your tutor will also be providing feedback and guidance based on what you choose to share at the Tutorial.
