Wow. I found giving feedback the most challenging aspect of the course and I have found it easier to now give feedback using these structured methods. Juliette ran through a role play where I was to give her feedback. It gave me good understanding of what can be said to get the desired out come.

I was able to help my coachee to set a goal, and come up with options to meet the goal and then wrap up with a plan. I now feel like I am more confident in dealing with people by using the models and by using open questions to see what motivates staff & help them come up with inspiring goals.

This course will really help me be an enthusiastic team leader and use good coaching techniques rather than conventional directive management approaches.
