Juliette Robertson

BA Grad DipBus Ad. AFAMI, CPM, CPC

Juliette RobertsonIn my 20's and 30's I was fortunate to have had some fantastic managers as I worked my way up the corporate ranks. I was fortunate to be surrounded by some great men and women who inspired me because they were so committed to understanding the needs of the customer and the encouraging and developing the ideas of their staff. With such good fortune, also comes a responsibility to pass the learning's on!

I love coaching and inspiring up and coming managers and despite the challenging economy I believe we have an opportunity and a responsibility to positively contribute to their success for they will be the great leaders of tomorrow.

Anneke van Vuuren

Anneke van VuurenI have experienced the power of coaching and am absolutely committed to teaching and coaching managers how to reap the success that coaching can deliver. I became involved with this course because it provides an excellent framework for change and a strong focus on results. It is bound to lead to success.

My personal approach to Executive Coaching is down to earth, pragmatic and draws out goals and possibilities that inspire managers to make a difference in their own and the lives of those they lead.

As a Human Resource professional and Workplace Coach, I have experienced many business cultures and I understand the pressure of managing people so I have a real empathy for what leaders face when leading their teams.

I focus on coaching managers who want to be better leaders and improving human resource programs that allow organisations and individuals to truly develop their unique strengths and use it to greater effectiveness and performance. It is by working with your natural strengths that you create success in your life.
